Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Time
- Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria: within 1-2 days
- Rest of Egypt: 2–3 working days
- Same-day delivery may be available in some areas.
2. Try Before You Buy
We offer a Try Before You Pay service in select areas.
Customers may try the product upon delivery. If the item doesn’t fit or meet expectations, it can be returned immediately to the delivery agent.
If the product is accepted, payment is collected by the courier.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the time of order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
In case of any delay due to stock issues or verification, you will be notified promptly.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if an order is returned or refused at delivery.
In the case of an approved return, only the product cost is eligible for a refund.
3. Shipping Responsibility
Dolce Shoes is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged packages, or deliveries sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
We will assist in tracing missing parcels as much as possible, but cannot guarantee recovery.
3. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate when placing your order.
Orders with incorrect address information may be delayed, rerouted, or returned, and may incur additional shipping fees.
3. Handling
All orders will typically be dispatched within 1–3 business days from our warehouse, and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. Dolce Shoes is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect, invalid, or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner, and Dolce Shoes will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. Dolce Shoes is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.
Dolce Shoes is in no way responsible for any customs or import charges charged to the customer by the shipping service.
3. Delivery Attempts and Failure
If no one is available to receive the order, the courier will attempt delivery again or may contact you to reschedule.
After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Conditions
You may return an item within 2 days of receiving your order if one of the following conditions applies:
You received the wrong item.
The product is damaged, defective, or incomplete.
The item does not match the product description or has significant sizing issues.
We kindly ask you to inspect your item upon delivery. If you are using our Try Before You Pay option, you may return it immediately to the delivery agent.
2. Return Guidelines
Products must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and any accessories included.
Items must not be worn, washed, or altered.
To initiate a return, contact us immediately via Instagram or phone, and provide your order number and the reason for return.
Return shipping instructions will be given to you during the return request process.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
You will receive your refund via the original payment method if the order was prepaid.
For orders using the Try Before You Pay option, no payment is processed unless you keep the item.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is faulty or the return is due to our error.
Items returned without prior approval or after the 2-day return window are not eligible for a refund.
Sale items, custom orders, and items purchased through promotional deals are not eligible for refund unless damaged or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product due to sizing or color issues, we recommend contacting us within 2 days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, you must follow the return process outlined above.
